This mentorship includes 5 hours of one-on one training, custom tailored to suit the mentees specific needs. We will build a development plan together in order to level-up your skills and help achieve your goals.
We will cover various graphics programming topics such as rendering techniques, physically based rendering (PBR), shaders, GPU profiling and optimization, math etc.
The mentorship is designed to help build confidence, increase technical aptitude, and provide a clear path of continued growth and success.

Tat Sin Leau
Rendering Programmer | HoYoverse
Tat Sin has over 11 years of experience in the video game industry as a rendering programmer.
He joined Ubisoft Singapore in 2010, where he worked on Ghost Recon Phantoms and various Assassin's Creed titles such as Unity, Syndicate and Origins. He later moved to Ubisoft Toronto in 2016 to work on Watch Dogs: Legion. He's currently at HoYoverse, splitting his time between Genshin Impact and a new IP.
As a rendering programmer, Tat Sin is responsible for creating new graphical features and working with artists and lighters to deliver cutting edge visuals, and has earned a reputation for coming up with unique and creative solutions to difficult problems in an efficient manner.
